Then you have hit the limit for the drivers you can hire. There are no more available in the game. #1. For a few days now I have had a garage in each city of the game. Unfortunately a good 1/3 is not provided with drivers, I have this message which appears: "There are no drivers available at the moment. Come back to see us tomorrow! " ("Il n'y a pas de chauffeurs disponibles pour le moment. Revenez nous voir demain !") I come back every day, sometimes several times, but nothing helps, no driver They do work in MP, but as you've seen, you only get their earnings sporadically. You have to Sleep, Fast Travel to a garage, use F7 and get rescued to a Repair Shop, use a Train/Ferry crossing, or visit a Truck Dealer. One of those actions will force a sync and cause the game to calculate employee earnings. That sucks. I need more euromoneys Indeed, as people have said; Unlock more recruitment offices in the different cities. I can confirm that I have 2 maxed Garages both are complete compliment of female drivers. I reached around level 42, 341 drivers in my company. Half of my garage slots are empty, because since months there are no drivers available for hiring in the job centers. Is there a limit in the game?
The hired drivers are there only as a money booster, to get virtual money quicker. Much like an "in-game money cheat". Some players do see them as parts in the big trucking empire, but you cannot do anything but hire them, give them a truck and watch that number representing your virtual bank account. No strategy at all.
